Most homeowners we meet have a story about a contractor who disappeared mid-project, missed a permit, or walked off after the deposit cleared. We started Top 1 because we got tired of hearing it — and because we knew the work was supposed to be better.
We hold the B2 (residential) and C2 (electrical) classifications under Nevada State Contractors Board license #0095153. That covers ground-up framing, structural work, wiring, and most of what goes into a home remodel.
What we won't do is take on more than we can finish well. We turn down projects we can't staff, we say no when a scope doesn't add up, and we'd rather be honest about a 90-day timeline than rush it to 60 and let you down in week six.

One project lead.
Every job has a single point of contact from the first walk-through through warranty. You won't be passed off to whoever picks up the phone.
Permits, always.
If your job needs a permit — and most structural, plumbing, gas, or electrical jobs do — we pull it. Unpermitted work shows up in your title report and costs you later.
Line-item pricing.
Estimates are itemized. You see the materials cost, the labor cost, the allowances, and what's not included — before you sign anything.
We finish.
The hardest 5% of any remodel is the punch list. We don't move on until you say it's done. One-year workmanship warranty on everything we build.
Trades in-house.
Framing, electrical, drywall, stucco, and finish work are run by our own crew. Not a phone tree of subs trying to coordinate themselves.
The boring stuff matters.
Waterproofing, hardware, floor protection, dust containment, fastener spacing — we care about all of it. That's where most projects fail.
