General contracting
Have plans and trades already? We supervise the build, pull permits, run the schedule, and own the punch list.
Some clients come to us with architectural plans, an interior designer, and even some of their own subs. They just need a licensed GC to run the project on the ground.
That's a service we offer, with a full B2-C2 license, NV bond, insurance, and a dedicated project lead. We pull the permits, run the schedule, manage the trades, handle inspections, and stand behind the work.
If you don't have plans yet, we also handle full-service builds — see our whole-home remodel and room addition services for projects we run end to end.
- Permit pulling and inspections (Clark County, City of Las Vegas, Henderson)
- Master schedule with weekly look-aheads
- Trade contracts and payment administration
- Daily site supervision and quality control
- Submittal review and shop drawing coordination
- RFI management with architects and engineers
- Change orders with line-item tracking
- Final punch list and warranty administration
GC vs. owner-build — the math
Owner-built projects in Nevada are legal, but the homeowner becomes liable for everything that goes wrong on site — including injuries and unlicensed work. For projects above a certain size, the savings on a GC fee almost always vanish into delays, mistakes, and trade scheduling. We're happy to walk through the math with you before you decide.
Tell us about your project.
We do free walk-throughs across the Las Vegas Valley — usually within the same week. Bring photos, plans, or just an idea.
