Whole-home remodels
Full renovations that rework the layout, the systems, and the finishes — without rebuilding the foundation.
A whole-home remodel is more than a list of small projects. It's a full reset of the house — the layout, the wiring, the plumbing, and the finishes. Most clients move out for a few months while we work.
We've done these on tract homes that needed a personality, on hillside builds with structural quirks, and on dated houses where the bones were good but the rest had to go. Our job is to keep the house standing, the schedule tight, and the trades pointed in the same direction.
Many whole-home remodels include kitchen renovations and bathroom remodels. We pull all of it under one roof so you're not chasing five contractors.
- Floor plans and permits (in-house or with your designer)
- Demo with floor and finish protection
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC re-routes
- Framing changes and structural openings
- Insulation, drywall, and texture
- Trim, doors, and millwork
- Cabinets, countertops, and tile
- Flooring, paint, and finish carpentry
- Final inspections and one-year warranty
Live in, or move out?
We can phase the project so you stay in the house — kitchen first, then baths, then living areas. It's slower and more disruptive but it's possible. Most clients move out for 8 to 14 weeks and come back to a finished home. We'll lay out both options during the walk-through so you can pick what fits your life.
Tell us about your project.
We do free walk-throughs across the Las Vegas Valley — usually within the same week. Bring photos, plans, or just an idea.
