Room additions
Primary suites, second stories, ADUs, and bump-outs. Engineered, permitted, framed, and finished by one team.
Adding square footage to a house touches almost every system: the foundation, the framing, the roof, the HVAC, the panel, sometimes the sewer. We do them all in-house instead of stitching together six trades who've never met.
We've built a 200-square-foot bump-out for a closet, and we've raised a full second story on a hillside lot. The process is the same: engineering, permits, foundation, frame, dry-in, mechanicals, finish.
Every addition starts with structural work. Our framing and structural crew handles that in-house, and our stucco team matches the existing exterior so the addition looks like it was always there.
- Primary suite additions with bath and walk-in closet
- Second-story additions on existing foundations
- Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) — detached and attached
- Garage conversions to permitted living space
- Bump-outs and bay extensions
- Sunroom and California-room additions
- Casitas and pool houses
- Roof raises for vaulted ceilings
What does an addition really cost?
Las Vegas additions usually run $300 to $550 per square foot finished. The number depends on whether you're building over an existing slab, raising a roof, or starting from grade. We give you a real number after we see the property — not a per-square-foot guess over the phone.
