Shingle and tile re-roofs, full tear-offs, and underlayment replacement. Done right the first time.
Most Las Vegas roofs we touch are 18 to 25 years old. The tile is usually fine but the felt underneath is shot. We tear off, replace the felt or synthetic underlayment, repair sheathing where it's spongy, and reinstall the tile.
We also build full new roof systems on additions and tear-offs — architectural shingle, S-tile, flat tile, and modified bitumen for low-slope sections.
If your roof is part of a bigger project — say a room addition or new stucco — we coordinate the flashings between trades so water has nowhere to sneak in.

Tile re-roofs done right
On a tile re-roof we lift, stack, and reuse the tile (less waste, less cost) and replace what fails first — paper, flashings, valleys, vent boots. Done properly, a re-roof on existing tile gives you another 25 years for a fraction of the cost of full replacement.
